That test confirms the identity boundary Peektok controls: it did not receive or use our TikTok account. It cannot prove what every browser extension, internet provider, or unrelated viewer does. You can repeat the same check with the TikTok profile viewer. Use a public handle you already know, then confirm that the result matches the account's display name and recent public posts. Do not use a viewer that asks you to import a TikTok session.

Profile views, post views, and Story views are different

TikTok uses separate history features for different surfaces. Opening a profile is not the same event as watching a post. TikTok's official Post View History page says people you follow can see a post view when both parties have that setting on.
