What this service does

Peektok retrieves publicly available TikTok data for the handle or link you submit. The result is shown on this site without using your TikTok login. We do not store video files, profile pictures, or other TikTok media on our servers.

Data we collect

Each lookup logs the following:

• A hashed version of your input (the original text is not stored)
• The input type (username, video URL, short link)
• Your country, from Cloudflare request headers
• Whether the result came from cache
• A timestamp

This data is used for abuse tracking and product analytics. It is not linked to your IP address, browser fingerprint, or any personal identifier.

If you submit a removal report, we store the TikTok URL, the reason you gave, your email address if you chose to provide one, and the submission timestamp. See Report a link.

Cookies and browser storage

We use browser localStorage (not cookies) to store:

• Whether you have acknowledged the cookie notice
• Your theme preference (light or dark)
• Recent searches for the quick-access chips below the input

None of this leaves your browser or is sent to our servers.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

This site runs ads through Google AdSense. Google uses cookies to serve ads based on your activity on this site and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at g.co/optout.

Analytics

When enabled, Google Analytics 4 measures aggregate page views and product usage so we can understand which parts of the site are useful. We configure IP anonymization and do not use session recording, advertising personalization, or user profile creation through this site. Google Analytics may use analytics cookies; you can control cookies through your browser settings.

Third-party links

Download and playback links open TikTok's CDN directly in a new tab. Once you leave this site, Peektok has no control over how TikTok or its CDN handles your request. TikTok's own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

If you submitted a removal report and want it deleted, email us at [email protected]. We will remove it within 7 days.

EU users have rights under GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you. Contact us at the address above.
